How we open your car
We use purpose-made automotive entry tools that work through the door seal to reach the handle or lock button. No smashed windows, no bent frames. Most modern vehicles can be opened this way in a few minutes once we arrive.
Proof of ownership
We'll ask for your licence and the vehicle's registration details, or another way of showing the car is yours, before we open it. If the documents are inside the car, we open it and check them straight away with you present.
